Beautygeek Goody Bag Haul

Hello guys, I’m here again.

Today I would be talking about several products I got from my beautygeek masterclass goody bag.
About two months ago, I attended a masterclass organized by beautygeekng featuring Makeup bosses Oluchi Onuigbo and Bisola Omoregha (bregha).

The owner of  Beautygeekng herself Ojuolape also gave classes on the business aspect of beauty.

It was a really wonderful experience and I definitely gained alot. As a parting gift, we were all given goody bags containing makeup products and that’s what I am going to be sharing with you.
All of the products were Nigerian brands and I enjoyed playing with them.

Here are the contents of the goody bag.

1. Zaron Matte Lipstain in “Paparazzi “
This product totally bangs! Red lipsticks are something you can’t have enough of and never goes out of fashion. I’m a zaron girl and was definitely excited to try this out. The color is beautiful however it takes way too long to dry but when it does it is matte and beautiful.

2. Poutbym lipgloss in “Lust”.
I absolutely love love this one. It’s almost always in my bag whenever I’m out. This is a Nigerian brand and I am really impressed with it. I love the packaging, consistency and the fact that it’s so smooth and doesn’t form residue after long wear. Lipgloss goals indeed!

3. FBC Beauty Pressed Glitter.

Pressed glitters are life! I always wonder why loose glitters ever even existed before these. Another lovely Nigerian brand owned by a young lady. I really love how pigmented and shiny it is.Pressed glitter

Some pressed glitters actually have problems giving off the shimmering effect. I didn’t have that problem with this one. No complaints here.

4. Maksins Lashes
These are owned by the same brand for poutbym. I’m more of a mink lashes typa girl and this made it hard to find normal lashes in my kit for those low key days. These were a welcome addition. I have used them on myself and on clients and didn’t turn out half bad. The only disadvantage I would say is that it doesn’t have much of a second hand value they break easily. I got them in M48, M06 and M10.

Of course my favorite was M48 as it was the most dramatic of all but M06 actually served the longest and isn’t bad at all.

5. Poutbym Matte Liquid Lipstick in “Freaky”

Girl!! All I gotta say is BANG!! This lippie issa hit!! It took me a while to try it on but it became my favorite item in the goody bag swiftly. I don’t waste this lipstick at all and save it for special occasions and meetings when I want to make an impression.. an imprint.

It is amazingly matte, stay power “on a hunnid” and it’s a freaking beautiful shade of red.

I love how warm it is and how it suits my skin tone way better than the zaron one. I kept this in my personal kit cuz it looks so good on me, I don’t wanna share lol. Definitely the winner here!
